What is LetLogic not?
It is not a credit check, a credit-reference agency service, a formal tenant-referencing report, a Right to Rent check, or legal advice. It's a decision aid — you remain the decision-maker.
How much does it cost?
Screenings start from £4.99 on pay-as-you-go credit packs, or you can subscribe to Pro for a monthly allowance plus a reduced per-screening rate. See the pricing page for current packs and the Pro plan.
Is it fair and Equality Act aware?
LetLogic is designed to focus on affordability and stability rather than protected characteristics, and it never makes automated decisions about people. You stay in control of every letting decision.
How is applicant data handled?
